A Baltimore resident, Andre Jones, recently clinched a $50,000 lottery prize using a set of numbers he inherited from his late mother. His mother, a regular player of the numbers 9-1-5-2 in Pick 4, passed on the combination to Jones, who decided to apply it to Pick 5, including an additional number, ‘1’, of his own.

“I couldn’t shake off that number from my mind, so I felt it was time to give it a shot again,” shared Jones about his decision to use the familiar combination.

Securing the ticket from ToTo Market in Baltimore, Jones struck gold in the December 11 evening drawing, bagging the $50,000 windfall.

“When I checked it and saw I had won, I was stunned! It was unbelievable,” exclaimed Jones upon discovering his win.

As for his plans with the prize money, Jones remains undecided but advised fellow players to stick to their chosen numbers: “Keep playing and stick with your numbers.”
